Kerry Butler is an experienced healthcare consultant with a focus on high reliability organizing in healthcare. Currently serving as Associate Principal and previously as Manager of Strategic Consulting at Press Ganey since September 2016, Kerry has successfully guided numerous clients in reducing avoidable patient harm while enhancing workforce safety, patient experience, and operational efficiency. Additionally, as a Consultant at Healthcare Performance Improvement since April 2013, Kerry applies evidence-based methods for improving human performance in complex healthcare systems. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Ascension Health and Quality and Medication Safety Officer at Saint Thomas Health Services, where Kerry was instrumental in implementing patient safety initiatives and educational programs based on HRO principles.
