Kim Shrigley

Kim Shrigley, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources. Kim worked at Press Ganey as the Senior Vice President, People, overseeing a 34-person HR function and managing a distributed employee population of 3,000 across various regions. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR at ConAgra Foods, supporting 400 employees and acting as the main contact for top leaders. Kim also worked at Chicago Tribune as an HR Manager and played a key role in developing a career development program for high potential employees. At Equity Office, Kim held multiple HR positions, including Manager HR Strategy and Manager Corporate HR. Kim established a shared service center, led the company's first centralized recruiting function, and provided HR support to corporate headquarters. Earlier in their career, Kim worked at Equity Residential and Equity Group Investments in HR roles.

Kim Shrigley, SPHR, holds a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago. They also obtained a Yellow Belt certification in 2015 from Northern Illinois University. In the same year, Kim completed an Executive Education program in Strategic Human Resource Planning at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Prior to these achievements, they earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. In 2015, Kim obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI, and also became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Furthermore, in 2016, they obtained the ADKAR Change Management certification from Prosci.
