Melora Ferren

Melora Ferren currently serves as the Senior Director of Nursing Research & Analytics at Press Ganey, where Melora leads evidence-based strategies and innovations for nursing solutions as part of the Nursing Center of Excellence. With a comprehensive background in nursing leadership, Melora previously held multiple roles at Indiana University Health, including Vice President of Learning and Development and Vice President/Associate Chief Nurse Executive. Melora's experience also includes significant positions at Union Hospital and Marion General Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed nursing management and patient care. Melora holds a PhD in Nursing from Indiana University Indianapolis, a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution.
