Pam Holland-Riddle

Pam Holland-Riddle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pam currently holds the position of Director of People at Press Ganey since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at SPH Analytics for a remarkable period of 16 years, from January 2005 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading HR practices and objectives, providing executive coaching and consultation, and collaborating with senior executives to develop and implement HR strategies. Earlier in their career, Pam worked as the Manager of Accountant and Human Resources at Graphic Press, where they established the HR department and managed various HR and accounting functions from January 2000 to November 2004.

Pam Holland-Riddle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Shorter University. Pam also obtained the certifications of Certified Professional SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015, Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011, and Professonal in Human Resource Management from the Human Resource Certification Institute in October 2011.
