Pranav Desai

Pranav Desai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position is with Press Ganey as the SVP and GM of the Consumer Experience Business Unit. Prior to that, they served as an Advisor at various companies. Previously, Pranav worked at Reputation as an Advisor, Chief Product Officer, Senior Vice President of Product Innovation, Vice President of Product Management, and Head of Product Management for XM. Pranav also worked at Verint as a Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, where they played key roles in defining product vision and strategy, leading teams, and identifying strategic partners. Additionally, Pranav was a Founding Member and Lead Organizer at ProductCamp DC. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Spirent Communications, Patton Electronics, Sprint Nextel, and Atrica.

Pranav Desai holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai. Pranav also completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Telecommunications at the University of Maryland.
