Susan Haufe

Susan Haufe has a strong background in healthcare strategy and patient experience. Susan most recently served as the Vice President of Healthcare Strategy at Press Ganey. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at SBHaufe Consulting LLC and as the Chief Industry Advisor for Healthcare at Qualtrics. Susan also held leadership positions at Yale New Haven Health, Yale New Haven Hospital, Virginia Mason Medical Center, and Hospice of Spokane, where they focused on patient relations, service, and development coordination.

Susan Haufe has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Texas Christian University and a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Washington.
