Michelle Buck has extensive experience in Human Resources and Accounts Receivable. At Press-Seal Gasket Corp., Michelle handles daily invoicing, credit and collections, customer service, and freight bill reconciliation. In addition, Michelle manages payroll, benefits, new employee orientation, and staffing. Previously, at Fort Wayne Foundry, Michelle processed weekly payroll for 200 employees, administered 401k & pension plans, and assisted in payroll processing for 800 employees across 5 facilities. Michelle holds an Associates degree in Applied Science from Finlandia University.
