Justin Nedelman

Justin Nedelman's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pressed Juicery, a leading cold-pressed juice and functional wellness brand with numerous retail stores and retail partner locations. Justin is also the Managing Member and CEO of Fillmore Street Investments LP, where they actively seek investment opportunities and provides advisory work in the hospitality, restaurant, real estate, and consumer products industries. Justin has also served as the Chief Real Estate Officer of FAT Brands Inc. and as the CEO and Co-Founder of Eureka! Restaurant Group, where they led the business from concept creation to achieving $100MM in sales. Earlier in their career, they worked as a partner at Investwest Companies, specializing in commercial real estate development and investments. Justin also worked as a Senior Director at Partners Realty Capital, LLC, focusing on joint venture equity and commercial real estate finance. Justin began their career as an Associate at Transwestern, specializing in commercial real estate investments and leasing.

Justin Nedelman attended Miami University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Justin obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker from the State of California in 1999.
