Esther Soler Giner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Esther started their career in 2010 as a Lifeguard at Mistral Socorrismo, where they worked from July 2010 to September 2011.
In 2012, Esther joined Cruz Roja Española as a Lifeguard, working during the summer periods from June 2012 to August 2014.
Esther then transitioned into the business sector and worked for Pressenger Ltd as a Business Development Manager from October 2014 to the present. In this role, they are responsible for providing innovative and engaging mobile notification content through the use of GIFs, data-driven animations, and banners.
Esther also gained experience as a Spain Manager for GIF a Call, a position they held in October 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Business Development professional at Pressenger Ltd from October 2014 onward.
Esther further expanded their skills in the field of social media management by serving as the Social Media Manager for SportProfNet, an international project led by DPC2009 Ltd, starting from May 2014 and concluding in October 2016.
Esther Soler Giner's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Colegio Abad Solà in Gandia, where they completed their infantil, primaria, and ESO studies. Esther then went on to Real Colegio Escuelas Pías Gandia and completed their Bachillerato in 2010, with a focus on social sciences.
In 2011, Esther enrolled at the University of Valencia for a degree in Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte, and they graduated with first-class honors in 2015. Esther also received the Extraordinary Prize of Degree in Sports Science for their outstanding performance.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Esther pursued further education at the University of Valencia, where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing and Market Research from 2016 to 2017. Later, in 2017, they attended Universitat Jaume I and completed a program called Emprendimiento Internacional I y II, specializing in international entrepreneurship studies.
In terms of additional certifications, Esther obtained multiple qualifications. In 2010, they completed a course on First Aid Knowledge with the Spanish Red Cross - Cruz Roja Española. In 2011, they acquired a certification in Aquatic Lifesaving from the same institution.
In 2012, along with their degree, Esther received a Formation in Social Intervention and Inclusion, Environment Care, Leisure, Health, and New Addictions from the Spanish Youth Red Cross - Cruz Roja Juventud España. Additionally, Esther gained further informal knowledge on Management and Leadership of organizations in 2013 from the same institution.
In 2016, they were awarded another certificate, the Digital Communication and Virtual Communities Management in Advertisement, from Core Networks SL.
