Paula Goin

Paula Goin is an experienced professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the FSQA Director at Pressery since August 2025. Prior to this role, Paula held the position of Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at RedBird Farms from November 2023 to August 2025. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Manufacturing and Production Manager at Lily's Toaster Grills between June 2020 and May 2023. Paula's extensive career at Tyson Foods from September 1988 to July 2019 included various titles such as Operations Manager, QA Manager, Quality Assurance Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician, where significant contributions were made towards operational performance, compliance, and the establishment of quality programs. Paula earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Woman's University between 1984 and 1987.
