Ron Gruca

Ron Gruca was appointed Senior Director of Development in May of 2016. In this role, he is responsible for leading all development, marketing, and communications initiatives to enhance organizational support and awareness.

Ron has extensive experience in leadership fundraising, marketing, and communications. Prior to coming to Pressley Ridge, he held senior leadership positions in similar capacities that included: Director of Development for Family House, Inc.; Director of Development for Carnegie Science Center; and Regional Advancement Officer for Allegheny College.

Ron earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and is a member of various professional organizations.
