Laura Crosby

Laura Crosby currently serves as the Senior Director of Development at Coro Northern California, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Laura held various leadership positions at Summer Search from December 2019 to April 2024, including Director of Donor Relations & Events, where a significant achievement was leading the execution of the 30th Anniversary Gala that raised over $2 million. Laura also worked at City Year from October 2013 to July 2019, ultimately serving as Director of Individual Giving & Events, facilitating over 15 donor events annually. Early career experiences include positions at the Clinton School of Public Service, Sustainable Business Network of Central Arkansas, Best Buddies International, and HandsOn New Orleans. Laura earned a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a BA in International Studies from the University of Miami.
