Terry R. currently serves as a Board Member on the Governing Board of Directors for Pressley Ridge since December 2023. Previously, Terry held the position of VP-Employment Law and Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. from April 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the enterprise-wide Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) strategy. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director - Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel for FedEx Ground, focusing on employment law, and as a Senior Associate Attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where employment litigation was a key focus. Terry began a legal career at Vinson & Elkins as an Associate Attorney, specializing in labor and employment law. Terry holds a J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science from the University of Miami.
