Jiaen Lee has a solid work experience, starting in 1998 as a Special Events Intern at Resorts World Genting. From there, they worked as a Purchaser at Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur in 2012 before joining Expedia as a Customer Service representative in 2013. In 2014, they became a Tour Officer at FUEGO TRAVEL & TOURS, managing travel planning requests. Jiaen then worked at Convergys from 2015 to 2018, handling inbound and outbound calls for Microsoft programs. Jiaen then moved on to PUC Berhad, where they served as an Assistant Operations Manager for their Presto Pay division from 2018 until 2022. Currently, they are employed at PressLogic as an Operations Manager, overseeing multiple social media accounts and supporting new system and app launches.
From 2010 to 2012, Jiaen Lee attended University Tun Abdul Razak, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
