Monica Kuijt Rumayor

Monica Kuijt Rumayor has over 10 years of work experience. Monica began their career in 2009 as a Board Member and Head of Activities at INTERACCESS. In 2011, they joined UL Transaction Security as a Marketing and Communications Intern, and in 2012, they were promoted to the role of Marketing and Communications Officer. In 2015, they joined Virtuagym as a Business Operations Team Lead, where they were responsible for implementing project management best practices, setting and communicating team OKRs, and streamlining processes to scale the business. Monica then moved to the role of Project Manager for Commercial Operations and Insights, followed by Head of Project Management for Client Success. Most recently, Monica joined PressPage as Head of Operations in 2022.

Monica Kuijt Rumayor obtained their High School diploma from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2008. Monica then attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business and Management Studies in 2012. In 2011, they participated in an International Exchange program at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, studying Marketing and Management. Finally, they earned their Master's degree - Cum Laude in Marketing Management from the University of Groningen in 2015. In 2022, they obtained a Digital Leadership certification from Growth Tribe.
