Joanna Dobson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joanna started their career as an Assistant Inspector in the Audit department at Lloyds TSB in 1994 and also served as an Operations Manager on secondment. Joanna then progressed to various roles including Branch Manager and Business Manager at Lloyds TSB, where they were responsible for managing clients, assessing lending applications, providing customer service, meeting sales targets, and networking with local businesspeople. In 2006, Joanna became a Business Manager at Lloyds TSB, overseeing a mix of business clients and managing a junior manager. Currently, Joanna is working at Pressurepoint as the Finance and Operations Director, where they manage the central team, handles financials, client management, branding, marketing, and other responsibilities. Joanna possesses key skills in financial management, people management, and client handling.
Joanna Dobson obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from The University of Manchester between 1998 and 2001. Joanna attended Queen Elizabeths Girls School Barnet from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Wilmington Grammar School for Girls from 1983 to 1984. Joanna Dobson's earliest education was at St Marys School Colchester from 1978 to 1983. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained an Associate certification from LIBF in December 2023.
