Herve Faucon

Herve Faucon is an experienced finance executive, currently serving as CFO at PrestaShop since 2015. In addition to this role, Faucon has been the Chairman and M&A Advisor at Happy Few Consulting since 2010. A background in operations includes positions as COO and Secrétaire Général at both Omnicom Group from 2005 to 2009 and NOOS (ex Videopole) from 1996 to 1999, as well as COO at TBWA\Groupe (ex BDDP) from 1986 to 1995. Previously, Faucon held roles as CEO at SYZYGY (ex NetForce) and M&A Advisor at CHF Consulting. Early career experience includes serving as Head of Accounting & IS at Shiseido and as a Senior Auditor at PwC. Faucon holds degrees in finance from NEOMA Business School and Sup de co Rouen.
