Joyel Finley is an experienced professional who has been with Prestera Center for Mental Health Services, Inc. since February 1997. Joyel currently serves as the Risk Manager and previously held the position of Intellectual Disabilities Program Director. Joyel obtained their Master of Arts in Psychology from Marshall University in 1999.
