Fred Goldsmith has over 30 years of work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Fred started their career at Block Drug Company in 1987 as a Group Product Manager, where they created and executed strategic plans and achieved sales targets. In 1998, they became an Associate Vice President of Marketing at Global Household Brands and played a key role in executing a leveraged buyout of Block Drug's Household Products Division. During their time there, they developed and executed strategic plans for various brands, including 2000 Flushes and X-14, and consistently exceeded sales objectives. In 2001, Fred joined WD-40 Company as a VP Marketing and was part of the management team that transformed the company into a multi-brand company. Fred developed and executed strategic plans for brands like WD-40 and Spot Shot, and successfully managed a marketing team of seven. Finally, they joined Prestige Brands, Inc. in 2004 as a VP Marketing Household Products and was instrumental in leading the company's IPO. Fred developed and implemented long-term and annual plans for brands such as Comet and Spic and Span, while overseeing a team of three marketing professionals. Overall, Fred has a proven track record of driving growth and achieving results in the consumer goods industry.

Fred Goldsmith earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Marketing from Georgetown University. Fred attended Georgetown from 1972 to 1976.
