Shawn Talley, MS, PHR®, serves as the Executive Strategist and Head of Shared Services at Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc., where responsibilities include consolidating back-office operations and leading human capital planning. Talley also contributes as a member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Health Care for the Homeless and Tahirih Justice Center, and holds positions such as Chair of the HR Committee. As the CEO and Managing Partner of Performance Strategies - PS, Talley focuses on HR consulting and organizational development. Previous roles include Chief People & Diversity Officer at NCQA and Chief Human Resources Officer at Integra ServiceConnect®. Talley's academic background includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Mass Communications from Towson University.
