Matt Golsteyn

Matt Golsteyn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Prestige Technologies, Inc. and the Chief Development Officer at Armed Forces Housing Advocates, both positions held since August 2022. Previously, Matt was a Program Analyst at Micropieces from April 2022 to August 2022, and from August 2016 to November 2021, held roles as Chief of Staff and Chief of Operations at the International Association of Fire Fighters. Matt's military experience includes service as an Officer and various leadership roles in the US Army from June 2002 to December 2019, including Detachment Commander for the 2nd and 1st Battalions of the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) and Executive Officer for the United States Army Special Forces Command. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from Fayetteville State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Operations Research at George Mason University.
