Mervi Kilpeläinen has extensive experience in HR, starting as a Personnel Consultant at Manpower Finland and moving up to roles such as HR Business Partner at Digia Plc and HR Manager at Dynava Oy. Currently, as the Head of HR at Presto Oy, Mervi is responsible for the overall Human Resources functions in Finland and provides support to management and business operations. With a BBA in Human Resource Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Mervi has a strong background in labor relations, recruitment, and HRIS development.
