Julie Urbaniak

Julie Urbaniak currently serves as Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Prestolite Electric, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Urbaniak was Managing Member at Valorem Consulting PLLC from May 2015 to March 2024, and held multiple positions at Prestolite Electric Holding Inc. including Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Tax from January 2010 to May 2015. Earlier in their career, Urbaniak worked at Deloitte Tax LLP as International Tax Senior Manager and International Tax Manager from January 2003 to January 2010, and was Domestic Tax Manager at Visteon Corporation from May 2000 to January 2003. Urbaniak began their professional journey as a Domestic Tax Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP from September 1997 to May 2000. Educationally, Urbaniak holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy from Western Michigan University.
