James Baker

James Baker is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Preston Baker Group, a multi-disciplinary property organization established in 2008, which includes an estate agency, architectural and planning services, a property maintenance business, and an in-house marketing team. With over a decade of experience in estate agency across Yorkshire, James Baker has also founded and co-founded several other ventures, including Greenhouse OS, James Baker Property, Richard Roberts, Richard Roberts Retreats, and Feel Good Financial, focusing on diverse aspects of property development, land promotion, and financial solutions. Prior to Preston Baker, James Baker began his career at Countrywide Plc, progressing from a sales negotiator to a branch manager before becoming a franchisee.
