Greg May joined Preston Hollow Community Capital in September 2014 as Managing Director of Corporate Development. Greg’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions and investments for the firm. Mr. May previously served as Deputy General Counsel for a diversified, Dallas-based financial services firm, where he provided a broad range of legal, transactional and governance support to the firm’s various business lines in the investment banking, asset management, real estate finance and life sciences sectors. Before joining the firm in 2003, Mr. May was an equity shareholder in one of Dallas’ top law firms. Mr. May received his B.B.A. degree in accounting from Baylor University and his J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and ranked first in his graduating class.
