Darren Tan

Darren Tan is an experienced Residential Property Valuer at Preston Rowe Paterson, where responsibilities include mortgage security valuations, current market valuations, pre-construction valuations, progress inspections, insurance valuations, and general property advice. Previously, Darren served as a Cadet Valuer at RMIT University Malaysian Association from October 2017 to October 2018 and held the position of Assistant Marketing Director. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property & Valuation (Honours) from RMIT University and an International Baccalaureate from British School Jakarta.
