Amelia Abdelrazik

Director of Operations and Impact at Preston-Werner Ventures

Amelia Abdelrazik has a diverse work experience with a focus on research, program management, and consultation in the fields of healthcare, education, and gender research. Amelia has served as the Director of Operations and Impact at 128 Collective since 2023, where they oversee the organization's operations and impact initiatives. Prior to this role, they worked as the Learning and Impact Manager from 2020 to 2023 and as a Program Manager from 2018 to 2020.

Amelia also has experience in research and grants administration. Amelia worked as a Research and Grants Associate at 128 Collective from 2016 to 2017, where they designed and implemented research on fertility decline, contraceptive use, and economic growth to inform evidence-based program funding in Uganda. Amelia Abdelrazik holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Maternal and Child Health from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Brown University from 2006 to 2010 and received a BA in International Relations. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various fields, including "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience," "Coaching and Developing Employees," and "Leading and Working in Teams" from LinkedIn, which were obtained in June 2018 and May 2018 respectively.
