Clara Lam

Clara Lam is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with significant experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Partnerships Food and Coffee Project Manager at Pret A Manger since June 2021, Clara also held the role of Food Technical Manager. Prior roles include QA and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Chi-Med, where support was provided for multiple markets, and Assistant QA Manager at The Dairy Farm Group, leading quality improvement initiatives. Clara's career began as a Quality Assurance Officer at Amoy Food Limited and included a position as Technical Consultant at China Dragon Inspection and Certification Company Limited. Clara holds a Master of Science in Food Industry, Marketing and Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutritional Science from The University of Hong Kong.
