Daniel Saunders

Daniel Saunders is an experienced General Manager currently leading operations at Pret A Manger since April 2024. Previously, Daniel served as General Manager at Boojum from November 2017 to April 2024 and held the position of Restaurant Supervisor at Chapter One Restaurant from July 2014 to November 2017. Earlier in Daniel's career, a role as Waiter at The Westbury Hotel from November 2010 to July 2014 provided foundational experience in the hospitality industry. Education includes a Leaving Certificate obtained from Ballymun Comprehensive between 1996 and 2002.
