James D. Christon

James Christon is an Attorney & Director at Preti Flaherty, with experience in corporate law, commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. Prior to this, James was an Associate at Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A., focusing on commercial litigation and general business matters. James also has experience as a Volunteer Attorney at New Hampshire Legal Assistance and held various research assistant positions during their time at Villanova University School of Law. James holds a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and History from the College of the Holy Cross.
