Oleg Yarovinski

Oleg Yarovinski, CPA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance at Pretium Packaging since December 2024, Oleg previously held the position of Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Artivion from May 2019 to December 2024. Prior roles include Manager of SEC Reporting at National Vision Inc. from October 2016 to May 2019 and Manager of Assurance at EY from July 2010 to September 2016. Oleg earned a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 2005 and 2010.
