Kenneth Balling

Kenneth Balling has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Kenneth started their career in 2013 at Triumph Group, where they worked in inventory control. In 2015, they had a summer analyst position at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in the Global Real Assets division. From 2016 to 2021, Kenneth worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where they held various positions including Investment Specialist Analyst and Business Development and Client Relations Associate. In 2021, they joined Pretium as a Vice President, serving as a Single-Family Rental Product Specialist and contributing to the firm's real estate strategy.

Kenneth Balling received their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended General Douglas MacArthur High School from 2008 to 2012. Kenneth also obtained additional certifications, including the Series 63 from FINRA in November 2016 and the Series 7 from FINRA in August 2016.
