Tatiana E. Gutierrez

Tatiana E. Gutierrez is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in affordable housing and corporate affairs. Currently serving as Managing Director of Corporate Affairs and Head of Corporate Impact at Pretium since September 2021, Gutierrez previously held the position of Partner at Nixon Peabody LLP from September 2004 to September 2021. In addition to practical legal experience, Gutierrez contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, co-teaching a seminar on Affordable Housing from August 2013 to August 2016.
