Michael Proia

Michael Proia is a seasoned consultant and advisor with extensive experience in sales leadership and go-to-market strategies. Currently serving as a Fractional Head of Sales for multiple organizations, they previously held executive sales positions at Pinecone, Kong Inc., and VMware, where they achieved significant revenue milestones and led strategic initiatives. Michael also founded ProGrowth Solutions and is actively advising Aomni, a company specializing in GTM automation. An alumnus of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, they hold a BS in Finance.
