Agnes Reis

Agnes Reis is an accomplished CX Designer Senior at Itaú Unibanco and holds the position of Executive Director at Kubu, an organization founded to promote female careers in technology. With extensive experience in product design and leadership roles across several companies, including Loggi, will bank, and Magnetis Investimentos, Agnes specializes in strategy development, program implementation, and training facilitation. Agnes is actively involved in career mentorship for Black women in tech through ForbesBLK and PretUX, while contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives. Agnes holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management from Escola Conquer, a certification in Neuropsychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Centro Universitário Senac, and a technical degree in Graphic Communication from Senai São Paulo.
