William Mann II

Chip Mann has the great honor of being a member of one of our two original founding families. He has been with us since 1988, when he started as a regional salesman. Today, he still has a great passion for our people and great-tasting, high-quality snacks as our Vice President of Sales and a member of our Board of Directors.

Calling Western Michigan University his alma mater, Chip graduated with a major in Business Administration. In his years since graduation and joining our team, Chip has been an active member with the Snack Food Association (SFA), sitting on many management workshop committees. He is a member of the SFA Excom Committee and Board of Directors and held the honor of SFA Chairman twenty years after his father held the same position.

When asked of his proudest moment, Chip answered with his admiration of our company’s ability to survive the tragic Christmas fire of 1997. He is proud of the way we took care of our people and customers, the way we survived, and the way we pulled together to rebuild.

Chip is married to his wife of more than 20 years, Kim. They have three children, Addie, Sadie, and Augie, who keep busy with school and sports activities.
