Paul Andres

Paul Andres, AIF®, has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Paul is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Prevail Innovative Wealth Strategies, where they have integrated their insurance and financial practice. Prior to this, Paul served as the Chief Development Officer at Affinity Program Partners, LLC, where they leveraged their extensive contacts in the association and insurance markets to provide comprehensive and cost-effective insurance solutions to members. Paul also worked as the Senior Vice President at Hays Companies, focusing on developing successful sponsored programs for associations and affinity groups. Paul has experience in the worksite voluntary marketplace as well, having served as the National Sales Director, Affinity Groups, at Premier National Benefits, LLC. Additionally, they have held various roles in different organizations, showcasing their commitment to professional development and community involvement.

Paul Andres, AIF®, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Math from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
