William Cope

William Cope has worked for two different companies in the past. From 2004 to 2012, they worked as a Project Lead at Thomas Associates Inc., where their duties included analyzing and comparing US Navy security force configurations to identify gaps in training, management, and employment, and providing recommendations. Since 2012, they have been working as a Program Manager at Prevailance, Inc., where they support US Fleet Forces Command in making decisions related to antiterrorism, physical security, law enforcement, and small arms tactics for US Navy sailors. Their primary responsibilities involve conducting research and experimentation efforts to make recommendations on service-level policy and doctrine. William Cope holds a Master's of Professional Studies degree in Safety and Security Leadership from The George Washington University, which they earned between 2014 and 2016. William previously earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Political Science and Government from Old Dominion University between 2000 and 2002. Their undergraduate studies were at the University of Idaho, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government between 1981 and 1984.
