Pia Sandvik

Pia Sandvik currently serves as the CEO of Teknikföretagen since September 2023 and holds a position as a Governing Member of the Board at the EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology. Sandvik is a Fellow and board member at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and has been a board member at Prevas AB and Almi Företagspartner since 2018 and 2017, respectively. Previously, Sandvik was the CEO of RISE Research Institutes of Sweden AB and held multiple leadership roles at Kungliga Tekniska högskolan. Sandvik's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Quality Control Technology and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, both from Linköping University, along with an associate professorship at Luleå University of Technology.
