Megan Pfarr

Megan Pfarr currently serves as the Executive Director of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Geriatrics, and Hospitalist Services at Prevea Health since September 2023. With a strong background in oncology, Megan has held various leadership roles, including Divisional Director of Outpatient Therapy Services and Breast Program Director at HSHS Eastern Wisconsin Division & Prevea Health from 2017 to September 2023. Active in national organizations, Megan is a board member of the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers and has participated in various committees, including the NAPBC Standards and Accreditation Committee. In addition, Megan contributes to the American Physical Therapy Association as a Specialty Item Writer. Education credentials include a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University, earned in 2005.
