Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Innovations at Prevent Child Abuse America, Andy oversees the development of a data warehouse for Healthy Families America and implements processes to enhance quality improvement and data governance. Prior roles include Research and Data Manager at Saint Louis County Family Court, where Andy focused on racial equity and disparities in juvenile systems, and Data Quality Coordinator at St. Patrick Center, managing data for a homeless management information system. Andy's background also includes clinical and therapeutic experience, a Master's in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor's in Social Welfare and Justice from Marquette University.
