Instructional Designer at Prevention First

Aerin Sentgeorge began their work experience in 2006 as the Gallery Operations Manager at WonderLab Museum of Science. Aerin was responsible for managing the gallery operations until their departure in 2008. In 2010, Aerin joined Missouri Public Schools as an Educator and remained in this role until 2022. In their role as an Educator, they contributed to the education system. Recently, in 2022, Aerin joined Prevention First Inc. as an Instructional Designer. In this role, they develop training materials and online courses using e-learning authoring software. Aerin incorporates multimedia elements and designs course interactions to enhance learning and retention.

Aerin Sentgeorge holds a Master of Science degree in Education from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Articulate Storyline 360 from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn, Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn Learning, Instructional Design: Needs Analysis from LinkedIn Learning, Instructional Design: Working with SMEs from LinkedIn Learning, and the Instructional Designer and Learning Developer Certificate from Teacher Transition: Work Opportunities for Teachers Beyond the Classroom.
