Ralph J. Bradley has a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University, which they earned between 1997 and 2000. Ralph J. then pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Wilmington University from 2000 to 2005. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Non-Profit Executive Leadership from Bryn Mawr College.
