Kathy Neider is currently an advisor at PreventScripts. Kathy has also worked as a physician champion for Epic Implementation, a reviewer of patient-centric medical apps, and managing partner at Associates in Family Practice.

Kathy Neider graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1990. Kathy completed their residency in family practice at the University of Louisville in 1993. After working as a family practice physician and managing partner at Associates in Family Practice for 16 years, Kathy became the Physician Champion for Epic Implementation at Baptist Health Louisville in 2014. In this role, they were responsible for system design, configuration, and training throughout the Baptist Health System.

In 2012, Kathy began reviewing patient-centric medical apps for iMedicalApps LLC. In this role, they evaluated the appropriateness and basis in medical evidence for physician and other healthcare provider prescribing. Kathy continued to work as a reviewer of patient-centric medical apps until October 2012.

Kathy has been working as an advisor at PreventScripts since August 2016.

Kathy Neider's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Xavier University, an MD in Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, and an Internship at the UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS MEDICAL BRANCH. Kathy is also certified in Epic Physician Builder and Epic Physician PowerUser from Epic, and in HI-FIVE: Health Informatics For Innovation, Value & Enrichment (Clinical Perspective) by Columbia University on Coursera.
