Charisma Lewis

Charisma Lewis has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Charisma began their career in 1987 as an Investment Assistant at Yaeger Securities, where they worked alongside stockbrokers to boost their daily client performance. In 1999, they worked as an Account Executive at Paramount Pictures. In 2000, they began working at Glendale Adventist Medical Center as a Manager of Research Operations and Physician Business Development. In 2014, they joined White Memorial Medical Center as a Laboratory Supervisor. In 2016, they became an EHR/IT/Project Manager at Dougherty Laser Vision. In 2018, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Prevounce Health and a Healthcare Marketing Consultant at CK Medical Consulting. In 2019, they began working as a Healthcare Marketing Consultant at Surgical Marketing Group and a Patient Transformation Analyst at Dignity Health. Throughout their career, they have focused on creating strategic partnerships between physicians and their communities, developing marketing strategies, analyzing physician office workflows, and creating more efficient processes for both staff and patients.

Charisma Lewis has a diverse educational background. Charisma obtained a Nursing degree from Glendale Community College between 1989 and 1994. Charisma then attended Concorde Career Colleges and earned a Paralegal Studies degree in 1990-1991. From 2004 to 2008, Charisma earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from University of Phoenix in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they completed a Master of Health Administration with Emphasis to Informatics from Grand Canyon University between 2015 and 2017.
