Rosina Chromy

Rosina Chromy has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rosina is currently the Head of Human Resources at Prewave since 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Emarsys from 2013 to 2022, including Head of HR Management & Operations, Head of HR Operations, Global HR Operations Lead, and Senior HR Manager. Before joining Emarsys, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Deloitte from 2006 to 2013, where they were involved in HR consulting projects and also served as a Junior HR Manager and Junior Human Resources Consultant. Rosina started their career as an intern in the Personnel Development Department at REWE Group in 2005. Additionally, they held leadership roles in AIESEC from 2003 to 2004, including Vice President of Human Resources and Team Leader Learning, where they focused on training, team development, and HR process improvements.

Rosina Chromy holds a degree in International Business from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), where they obtained the title of "Mag.". In addition, they participated in an exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School and completed a Summer University Program at the University of South Australia.
