Gary Redman

Gary Redman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Gary started their career in the US Navy in 2005, where they served in different roles such as a Student Naval Flight Officer and a Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron Training Officer. During their time in the Navy, they were responsible for managing training programs and achieving tactical aircraft upgrades for aircrew. Gary also served as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor, providing advanced tactical training to E-2 Hawkeye squadrons. In addition, Gary served as a Strategic Planner in the United States 7th Fleet, responsible for bi-lateral training and operational planning with the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force.

After leaving the Navy, Gary worked as a Realtor at Century 21 Everest (California) in 2021 and as a Sales Engineer at Prewitt Ridge in 2023. Gary also served as a Defense Ventures Fellow at Coactive AI in 2022 and as a Mentor at Veterati since 2019. Prior to their military service, Gary was a Graduate Student at Naval War College from 2015 to 2016.

Overall, Gary Redman has gained extensive experience in leadership, training, strategic planning, and business development through their various roles in the Navy and other organizations.

Gary Redman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the United States Air Force Academy, graduating in 2005. In 2012, they obtained a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University. The following year, in 2013, they completed a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Old Dominion University. In 2015, Gary Redman attended the U.S. Naval War College, where they earned a Master's Degree in Defense and Strategic Studies. Gary then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Naval Postgraduate School, which they completed in 2020.

Regarding certifications, Gary Redman has obtained several. In 2016, they became a Commercial Pilot (ASEL & AMEL) and a year later, in 2017, earned certifications as a Ground Flight Instructor and Small UAS Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration. Gary also obtained a TS/SCI Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in 2005. Lastly, in 2021, Gary Redman became a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent, certified by the California Department of Real Estate.
