Amod Jain

Amod Jain is the current Chief Product Officer at prezent.ai. Amod previously worked as Sr. Director, Product Management at Cisco from January 2013 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for conception-to-launch and P&L of next-generation SaaS portfolio of Cisco's ~$12B Customer Experience (CX) subscription business (led by Maria Martinez). Target of ~200K customer base and ~50K partner base globally.

Jain has also worked as a Policy Associate at the National Transport Development Policy Committee, Government of India from July 2010 to June 2011, and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from July 2008 to June 2010.

Amod Jain has an MBA from The Wharton School, a Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and is a Visiting Scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
