Dan Edson

Dan Edson has a strong background in marketing operations and demand generation. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Marketing Operations & Demand Generation at Saviynt, where they are responsible for transforming identity programs and protecting assets and infrastructure.

Prior to this, Dan held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Operations at Aviatrix, overseeing a skilled team and driving qualified leads through an optimized pipeline. Dan also created and scaled a new marketing tech stack of business applications and SaaS tools.

Before Aviatrix, Dan was the Head of Marketing Demand Generation and Operations at Diamanti, where they designed and implemented scalable demand generation platforms and consistently achieved MQL and pipeline targets, fueling ARR and expanding the qualified prospect audience.

Dan also has experience as the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, Automation, & Demand Generation at PernixData, where they used their expertise in demand generation to boost company revenue and streamline marketing processes. Dan held similar roles at ParAccel and Adaptive Insights, where they focused on strategic planning, digital marketing, and marketing automation.

Earlier in their career, Dan served as a Senior Marketing Manager at HyperRoll, where they led the success of marketing and sales pipeline performance through demand generation and process improvement. Dan also co-founded PitchWare, a marketing and sales operations company, and worked as a Business Development Manager at Silicon Graphics, specializing in strategic planning.

Dan Edson attended Saratoga High School, where they obtained their high school diploma. Dan then went on to attend the University of California, Davis, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Systemic Physiology. Dan has also obtained additional certifications, including a certification in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from Traliant in May 2023. In July 2013, they earned the Certified Eloqua Master (E10) certification and the Certified Eloqua Master (E9) certification from Eloqua University.
