Athira Ajit

Athira Ajit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were responsible for analyzing existing systems and implementing new solutions for the banking domain. Athira then moved on to Freshworks Inc. in 2017, serving as a Strategic Account Manager for Freshsales, handling nine states in the Eastern United States. Athira'sresponsibilities included building customer relationships, recommending products, and coordinating with support and pre-sales teams.

In 2018, Athira joined Razorpay as a Senior Business Development Executive, focusing on new customer acquisition and sales for the Indian market. Athira then transitioned to Autodesk as a Customer Success Specialist, working with territory accounts in India and collaborating with distributors and resellers for renewals and upselling.

Starting in 2019, Athira joined Chargebee, first as a Customer Experience Strategist and later as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise accounts in the Asia-Pacific region. In these roles, they implemented a new XM tool, developed a framework for measuring customer journey indicators, and achieved exceptional expansion targets while maintaining low churn rates.

Most recently, in 2022 and beyond, Athira worked at Atlan as a Program Manager, overseeing CX operations and strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Program Manager at PREZENTIUM, where they focus on CX process and strategy.

Overall, Athira's work experience has encompassed various aspects of customer experience, program management, and strategy implementation, allowing their to develop strong skills in these areas.

Athira Ajit attended DAV Girls Gopalapuram for high school. Athira then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology at Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Admin Essentials and Instructional Design from WorkRamp in October 2022, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2022.
